Hello. My name is Dan Ellis and I want to welcome you to my store! Danny Ray's started as a dream I had and came about with the help of my wife Lisa. We moved to Central Texas from Columbus, Ohio because we wanted to open a music store in the "Live Music Capital of the World."

After working at a "big box" music store in Austin, I knew the kind of store I was going to open. I wanted a place with a small town atmosphere where personal attention and great value go hand-in-hand. So we opened Danny Ray's Music in 2006 and it has been a great adventure for me and my family.

Music has been a big part of my life, and I would like to help you make it a big part of yours. Need help picking out the perfect instrument for you or a loved one? I would love to help. Our selection is great and we won't be beaten on price.
